Here are 10 quick tips to get great real estate photos with Julius
Make sure your lens is clean! A quick wipe with a soft material is perfect.
Shoot straight! Use the level in Julius to know when your camera is level.
Shoot lower than you think. 3-4 feet above the ground shows smaller spaces better.
Shoot from the corners of rooms. This shows as much space as possible.
Avoid showing too much of backs of furniture. Move the camera to shoot above or beside couches or chairs.
Close the toilet lids.
Turn on all the lights. Even the small lights like stove and bedside lamps, it makes a big difference and gives a warm feeling to the photos.
Open all the curtains and blinds. Again to maximize the light.
Outside avoid shooting cars and trashcans in front of the house. Move them, or use the eraser tool in Julius after shooting.
Shoot photos in a natural order. Front exteriors, then main common rooms, living dining, kithen, then the bedrooms and bathrooms, and finally the back exteriors.
